The Lone Camel

“The desert, when the sun comes up…I couldn’t tell where heaven stopped and the Earth began.”
― Tom Hanks

Location: Bangalore, India

Ideally I think this sits between the categories of animals, still life, and landscape. This is my first attempt at a silhouette shot. So what I’d wanted you to see is a lone camel shot against the orange sunset sky, walking away with a load on its back. Now considering that I am currently located a long way off from a desert, I had to be slightly creative. So what you see, is an ornamental golden camel figurine shot against the setting sun as viewed from my balcony.
