All Day Breakfast

 

……..All-Day English Breakfast. Alas the veggie version, because I was too busy gobbling up the full-fat and greasy, coronary causing bacon and sausage version. What you’re looking at (going clockwise from the eggs are)
a. Eggs
b. Lightly roasted tomatoes
c. Sautéed mushrooms
d. Vegetable sausages – Trust me, they are incredible
e. Potato wedges (Yumm!)
f. Baked beans

The perfect accompaniment for this classic and wholesome brekkie is this quote that I noted on a cafe menu board.

“Eat whatever you want. If anyone lectures you….eat them too!”
